The Global Trials Management Center was founded in 2001 by Dr. Leo Kacugin with a mission to advance clinical research and support the implementation of innovative medical solutions. Since its inception, the center has been actively involved in international projects, collaborating with leading pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations (CROs), and academic institutions.

Global Trials is more than a single entity — it's a dynamic, decentralized system of professionals working remotely across borders. Our team includes experts in clinical medicine, regulatory affairs, pharmacology, and trial coordination, all united by a shared commitment to excellence. Together, we form a cohesive management structure that ensures seamless execution of clinical research at every stage, from planning to publication.

Under the leadership of Dr. Leo Kacugin — a certified specialist in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and investigational drug trials — the center draws on years of experience with major pharmaceutical companies in Europe and the United States. 

Dr. Kacugin, MD, Ph.D., is a qualified general practitioner, psychiatrist, clinical researcher, and coordinator of multicenter Phase II and III trials, as well as a certified expert in the organization and conduct of clinical trials according to international standards. He is a member of the Royal Medical Society of the United Kingdom and the Union of Physicians of Baden-Württemberg, Germany. As co-author of seven patented medical inventions, including novel technologies and pharmaceutical products, Dr. Kacugin has also developed a range of dietary supplements registered and distributed within the European Union.
