Our center appreciates the attention of individuals using the contact form. At this time, we are fully engaged in projects with partner organizations and have confirmed commitments through the 2025–2026 calendar years. Therefore, new partnership proposals are not being accepted.

However, we remain open to discussions regarding the licensing of our patented Universal Matrix technologies. Interested parties are welcome to submit a formal inquiry through this portal for consideration.
